ABOUT
TLD
The Leverage Department was born out of Hannah Groder Brooks' vision to provide exceptional administrative support to real estate agents at all levels of production and help them focus their time and energy where it really matters. After six years as Transaction Coordinator and Director of Operations for one of the North Shore’s top real estate teams, Hannah decided to take her talents on the road and launch The Leverage Department. Armed with a long history of transaction coordination experience and building business systems for Real Estate agents, as well as a passion for providing exceptional service and a focus on sustainability as we move into a shifting market, The Leverage Department is poised to be New England’s premier Transaction Coordination service.

Hannah Groder is The Leverage Department’s founder and Operations Guru. She holds a BA from Gordon College and a master's degree from Gordon Conwell in Hamilton, MA. Vincent is the kind of person who genuinely enjoys creating order out of chaos—which is probably why he ended up in operations. As Director of Operations at The Leverage Department, he loves helping people build systems that make life easier, businesses run smoother, and clients happier.
An Eagle Scout who still believes in being prepared (sometimes too prepared), Vincent is happiest when he's solving a problem or figuring out a better way to do something. When he's not working, you'll probably find him experimenting in the kitchen, convincing himself that the next home improvement project will only take one weekend, or spending time with his wife, Adina, and their hound, Lizzie—who generally has her own ideas about how everyone's day should go.
